"I mean, the place was fine overall…"
I mean, the place was fine overall, but the inventory was kind of all over the place. I went in thinking I’d be able to find a few specific things, and some were there, some weren’t, and then a couple sections felt picked over. Not the end of the world, just a little frustrating when you’re trying to get in and out and you have to start rethinking what you came for

My item ended up being backordered, which I expected to turn into a hassle, but they actually kept me updated the whole time. I’m not usually impressed by this kind of thing, but it was easy to deal with and didn’t cause any stress.

"Shipping question turned into a frustrating experience"
I ordered from darkknightarmoury.com and just had a simple question about shipping. It took customer service several days to get back to me, and when they finally did, the response wasn’t all that helpful. It also kind of felt like they were talking down to me, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. My items did arrive okay in the end, but trying to get help left a bad impression.

"Solid Quality and Worth Checking Out"
I ordered a piece from Dark Knight Armoury it was better than I expected. It feels sturdy, looks just like the pictures, and nothing about it felt loose or cheaply made. As soon as I took it out of the box, I was impressed. If anyone in the community is on the fence, I’d say it’s definitely worth considering, especially if you’re looking for something that actually matches what’s shown online.

"Exchange was more hassle than expected"
I had to follow up twice just to get my size exchange sorted, which was annoying. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it did make me question the overall quality and attention to detail a bit

My order had a small problem, and I was a little irritated at first. When it took a couple days to get a response, I started wondering if they were just hoping I’d give up and stop asking. But once they finally got back to me, they were actually helpful and got me the right information I needed. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but they did fix the issue, so I’d probably order from them again

"Good order, but the shipping cost was frustrating"
I found exactly what I was looking for on darkknightarmoury and the actual order process went smoothly. The package arrived fine too, so I don’t have any complaints about that part. My issue is the shipping cost — it ended up being higher than I expected and made the total feel like much less of a deal. I wish it had been made clearer earlier in checkout, because by the time I saw the final cost, it felt a bit frustrating. I may follow up with customer service about it, because clearer shipping info would make a big difference.

"I ordered a pair of bracers…"
I ordered a pair of bracers, they do look cool. The style is nice and they’re fine for the price. That said, the leather feels a bit thinner than I was expecting, and after wearing them twice, I’m already seeing some creasing. Not a total dealbreaker or anything, I just wish they felt a little tougher

"Fit was a bit of a hassle"
I ordered a couple of pieces and the sizing wasn’t really consistent. One fit just fine, but the other ran small, so now I have to deal with making it work or figuring out an exchange, which is more effort than I wanted. It’s still usable, but kind of annoying.

I really liked the look and feel of it when I first got it, and it seemed well made overall. The fit and style were exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, the leather started cracking way sooner than I expected, which was disappointing. It’s a nice product in some ways, but the durability definitely could be better.
